Thank you so much for great tutorials. I am a complete beginner and this was very helpful.
I have trouble with HD video. I have captured it as MPEG, however, it seems you recommnend DV?
Would you have tutorial for HD video?
    Thank you,
    Zuzana

    Hi zuzana,

Mpeg is an output format. It is best to edit videos in a uncompressed format. DV-AVI is the best format to edit in. However, the files can get really large with the AVI format. Despite large size you should try to work with AVI files if you want to edit your videos. If you simply want to archive your camcorder content, MPEG-4 is a good format.

We are planning to do some episodes on HD. Will keep you posted.

    Regards

    Neel
